When the routine comes undone.

When the new habit is not yet ingrained.

When you fall off the wagon.

You can beat yourself up.

You can say “I can’t”.

You can get frustrated.

You can listen to your negative self-talk.

You can give up.

Or you can recover and start to build the habit or routine again.

Until it is built-in.
