How to be more curious

Seek out expertise.

Ask questions.

Then ask more questions.

Read a book you otherwise wouldn’t.

Or a chapter.

Or a few pages.

Immerse yourself in something new.

A culture.

A restaurant.

A conversation.

Explore beyond the edges you know.

A different route home.

The suburb or town over.

A new website.

Avoid dismissing what you are unfamiliar with.

Go deeper on cursory knowledge.

Be intrigued by a new idea.

Try something that has always interested you.

Lean into a “yes” to what is usually a “no”.

Encourage and embrace your curiosity.
