Mind-full-ness

The mind gets full.

There can be a lot of thoughts running around inside your head.

When the mind gets full, awareness and attention suffer.

Less attention is paid to surroundings.

To others

To ourself.

To the moment.

When thoughts and worry start to overwhelm,

that is paradoxically the time to pause and slow down.

Mindfulness is the remedy for mind-full-ness.
