That doesn’t mean you should stop

Imparting knowledge doesn’t necessarily mean it will be used.

Sharing the roadmap doesn’t guarantee it will be followed.

Writing in down doesn’t mean it will be read.

Preparing the proposal doesn’t mean it will be accepted.

Providing guidance and advice doesn’t mean it is heeded.

But that doesn’t mean you should stop.
