We are agreed … no!?

If the goal is moved constantly, nobody wins.

If the scope keeps changing.

The expectations modified.

The brief altered.

The objectives varied.

The agreement adjusted.

The targets stretched.

The resolutions revised.

Keeping everyone guessing is not conducive to effective outcomes.
