When does the old way no longer add value?

At the time, it was the latest thing.

It has been working for years.

It has delivered repeatedly and tirelessly.

The process.

The technology

The approach

The software.

Now, it is outdated.

Almost obsolete.

The process still works.

It always has.

But there are now better processes.

It is more detrimental to stay with it.

When does the old way of doing things no longer add value?

“The difficulty lies not so much in developing new ideas as in escaping from old ones.” – John Maynard Keynes

“If you change the way you look at things, the thing you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer
